Dilemmas…Dilemmas

December 16th, 2008 by Debbie's World of Books

Do you ever run into the situatoin where you just have too many books to read?  We will be traveling soon and I bought four books for my Kindle so I wouldn’t have to lug around a bunch of books.  And what happens?  Of course I get 3 of my requested books in at the library and add that to the two I already had checked out, the two I’m currently reading, one I just received today from paperbackswap.com and 2 en route from other people.  What’s a girl to do?  Of course I need to read the ones from the library first so I can finish them in time to return them but that means five books in less than 3 weeks.  I doubt I’ll be able to get much reading done once we are at the relatives.  Sad.  Well, not really sad because I’m excited about all the books I have but oh I hope I am able to at least get through the library ones in time.  Oh well, better stop writing and get to reading.

yes! I got a package of books that I ordered the other day, and was in the middle of a book already, with one lined up to start when that was done. I don’t have to get any of them done by a certain time, but I suddenly had about 5 different books that I really wanted to read next! I decided on one for now, but now I’m not sure which to pick when I finish this one! Oh well…too many is better than none I guess! Have fun!!

Thanks! Yes, too many is better than none. I switched to one of the library books last night and am about half way through. I realized I read fiction so much faster than non-fiction.
