Waiting on Wednesday-Willow by Julia Hoban

March 18th, 2009 by Debbie's World of Books

I had to totally steal this from Karin’s Book Nook so hope you don’t mind Karin!

It is so hard to choose one book to feature but if I had to pick one it would be Willow by Julia Hoban.

willow

Description: Seven months ago, on a rainy March night, sixteen year- old Willow’s parents died in a horrible car accident. Willow was driving. Now her older brother barely speaks to her, her new classmates know her as the killer orphan girl, and Willow is blocking the pain by secretly cutting herself. But when one boy —one sensitive, soulful boy—discovers Willow’s secret, it sparks an intense relationship that turns the “safe” world Willow has created for herself upside down.

I cannot wait to get my hands on a copy especially since I’ve started to see some really good reviews on it.  If anyone has a copy they want to pass on…  :)

Just FYI. Jill at http://breakingthespine.blogspot.com start the Waiting on Wednesday post. I gave her credit at the bottom of my post, but I should have put it at the top.

WILLOW sounds great too. I definitely want to read it.
