New Book Finds-June

July 9th, 2010 by Debbie's World of Books

One of my favorite parts of book blogging is visiting other book blogs and hearing about all the great books out there that I may never have stumbled upon otherwise or receiving a newsletter with news about new books from authors I really enjoyed in the past.  Here are some of the great picks I found in the last few weeks.  What do you think of them? Did you have any great new finds lately?

I found these while going through Goodreads giveaways:

Flecks of Gold by Alicia Buck

The Kill Crewby Joseph D’Lacey

Saw this one from HarperTeen on Facebook:

Angelfire by Courtney Allison Moulton

I’ve seen this one on several blogs and finally decided to add it to my to-read list:

Confessions of the Sullivan Sistersby Natalie Standiford

I found out about this one at Dark Faerie Tales:

Crave by Laura J. Burns and Melinda Metz

Found this one at Bookworming in the 21st Century:

The Daykeeper’s Grimoire (Prophecy of Days #1) by Christie Raedeke

I forgot to mark whose blog I saw this on but I am a huge Star Trek fan.

The Continuing Mission by Judith Reeves-Stevens, Garfield Reeves-Stevens

I think I found this one just following Amazon’s recommendations:

The Candidatesby Inara Scott

I found this one while looking to see when Johanna Lindsey’s next book was coming out:

That Perfect Someone by Johanna Lindsey

I also found this one through’s recommendations.  I own the first book but haven’t read it yet.  I love the covers though.

The Fallen 2: Aerie and Reckoning by Thomas E. Sniegoski

I found this one at giveaways:

Sleepless by Cyn Balog

I found this one at The Compulsive Reader:

Grace by Elizabeth Scott

Thanks Katie. Love to feed the book addiction :)
Thanks Pam! I’ll see how much reading time I have after this baby arrives.

I’m excited that a few that are on your radar are also on my TBR pile. Grace, Confessions of the Sullivan Sister and Prophesy of Days. I’m excited to work my way through them all :)

Many of these sound interesting! I already have “Confessions of the Sullivan Sisters” and “Prophecy of Days” on my wishlist, but now I’m intrigued by “The Candidates” and “Angelfire”.
